Greaorv and Mr . Duff about <br /> one yearaqo . and received nreliminaryapproval bv <br /> City Council in October subiect to resolvina the <br /> question of riqht of way and the vacation of <br /> Brackett Avenue . Since that time the City has <br /> held two Public Hearinqs with the Plannina <br /> Commission and a number of sessions with the Citv <br /> staff and the Greqorv' s attornev Larry Berq to <br /> resolve an issue that can be comfortable for both <br /> sides . <br /> Mr . Olson stated that there were a few neiqhbors <br /> present and he felt they should make any comments <br /> and ask questions at this time . <br /> At this time Mr .
