Also attached is the Cit�s hardcover information packet. Please complete a proposed hardcover calculation <br /> worksheet. The hardcover calculation should also include the stairs to the deck which were not previously shown on the <br /> as-built survey or part of the hardcover calculation worksheet. Remember the variance approved hardcover up to <br /> 309'0. Attached you will find a hardcover calculation worksheet that's been modified to show the larger deck and stairs, <br /> which puts the property over the allowed 30�o hardcover. It appears the patio may need to be altered. <br /> Mr. Saddler contacted me over the weekend about possibly expanding the driveway so it does not taper towards the <br /> road. If a driveway expansion is being proposed please make sure it is shown on your plans and is included in the <br /> proposed hardcover calculation worksheet.
