Location of trees and mature plantings. <br /> 2 . The structure will not be located within the <br /> 75 ' to 250 ' setback area . <br /> 3 . The structure will never be used by vehicles <br /> seeking direct access onto Tonkawa - doors face <br /> away from Tonkawa with no formal driveway. <br /> 4 . Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> 82-2 STREET IMPROVEMENT REVISION <br /> Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Grabek seconded, to <br /> approve the revision of the street improvements to <br /> provide for a joint access with the cabinet shop in <br /> addition to the original access planned on the east <br /> side of the Dairy Queen Property.
