'ilte responsible authoriry shall compiy immediacely,if possible,wich an}•rquesc made pursuant to this subdivision,or wichin five days of the da�e of che requesc,excluding Sanirdays,Sundays and lega!holidays,if is.mediace compliance is not possible. The responsible auchoriry sh�ll wichin 30 days eithec: (a)correce the da�icund to be inaccurate or incomplete and attempt to nodfy pase reeipienes of inaccurate or incomplete data, including recipients named by che individil;oc(b)�oafy the individual tsat he believes the data to be cocrect. Data in dispu�e shall be disclosed only if[he individual's statemeat of disagre��:nc is�.c:�:ded wi[h ehe discloscd data.
