Motion, Ayes (5) - <br /> Nays (0) . <br /> POLICE HOUSING RELOCATION LEASE <br /> The council discussed the moving of the Police <br /> Department to the Northwest Mechanical Building <br /> Iocated in Long Lake . <br /> Council asked City Adminis}rator Benson his <br /> oninion of the move . He stated he felt is was <br /> a move that was necessary, the location was good, <br /> the buildin� was the right size and the right <br /> price . <br /> Councilmember Butler moved, Councilmember Hurr <br /> seconded to approve the move of the Police Department <br /> to the Northwest Mechanical Buildin� locat� in <br /> Long Lake . Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> CASHIN MATTER <br /> Councilmember Butler moved, Mayor Van Nest seconded <br /> , to apnrove City Attorney ' s letter to Mr . Edward <br /> Cashin dated Nove�ber 22 , 1982 and if M�. Cashin <br /> agreed to the terms of the letter the council would <br /> then vote to amend the Resolution ��1226 passed in <br /> 1980 . Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> FOREST ARMS MATTER <br /> Council discussed this matter openly it was decided <br /> that executive session was not necessary. Mr . James <br /> Grabek had wanted it noted for the record that he <br /> did not approve of executive session on the Forest <br /> Arms matt�r . <br /> It was decided that the purchase agreement would <br /> be redrafted and presented back to Mr . Dick Hassel <br /> and City Attorney Malkerson will bring it back to <br /> the next council meeting. <br /> EASEMENT 82-1&82-2 <br /> City Attorney Malkerson stated that we have two <br /> easements that we have not been able to receive yet . <br /> The were Ronnie Cleaners property owned by Robert <br /> Harding and Schommer. <br /> Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Hurr seconded <br /> to approve �Ir, Harding' s property Out lot A being <br /> rezoned B- 1 instead of B-5 , Motion , Ayes (5) - Nays (0) <br />
