Vincent R. Anderson 1865 Concordia Street . <br /> Mr. Anderson was nresent . <br /> Mayor Van Nest move�, Councilmember Frahm seconded, <br /> to approve the plat , Fa�erness Woods , of a lot line <br /> rearrangement subj�ct to cond�tions setforth by <br /> Planninp, Commissi�n . Moti�n. Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> ��710 Steve Wagner <br /> 3609 Snoreline Drive <br /> Commercial Site Plan <br /> Zonin�, Adminis*�rator Mabusth reviewed with the Council <br /> the Commercial Site plan. Mr . Steve Wagner was present . <br /> He explained the fence on top of the building caould be <br /> 5 ' hi�h and onlv small items such as wheelbarrows etc . <br /> would be stored there . <br /> Councilmember A.dams moved, Frahm seconded to ap:prove <br /> the Commercial Site Plan for 3609 Shoreline Drive . <br /> Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> CITY ENGINEER' S REPORT <br /> EASEi�IENTS 82-1 & 82-2 City Attorney Malkerson s�ated the three easements <br /> yet to be finished are the Hardinp; , Schommer, and <br /> Geyen. He stated his recommendation of these easements <br /> should be in at least 30 days . <br /> Malkerson stated the City has yet to receive the <br /> letter of Credit from Schlee Builders . He stated <br /> the letter of credit should be in the office by <br /> Tuesday morning. <br /> Mayor VanNest stated he feels the City of Orono <br /> should not enter into a contract until the letter of <br /> credit has been issued. If the contracter can extend <br /> fine but if not , the City may have to scrap this <br /> proje�t . The econolnical situation is so doubtful <br /> that it would not be wise f-or the CitS� to c^*^mit <br /> itself without the letter o� cre�i; t. , <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Frahm seconded, that the City <br /> staff inform Mr. Feirst that the City will not sign <br /> a contract until such time they have in hand the letter <br /> of credit drawn ta th� standa.rds required by the City <br /> of Orono . And if n.ecess�ry the City would cancel the <br /> project if need be . Motion , A_yes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Adams seconded, to approve <br /> Change Order ��3 that the contract woui.d be extended <br /> by 15 days . Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br />
