Location:Basement � <br /> Item:Ceiling Vent Dysfunctional <br /> Result:Heat does not flow to the basement <br /> #6 Location:Basement <br /> Item:Sump has never filled with water � <br /> Result:With all*,he basement flooding we have had,it is likely that the sump is stopped up or not <br /> functioning properly,and therefore is not relieving the water pressure surrounding the foundation as it <br /> should (this is per Bill Gleason,May 23,2001) <br /> #7.
