Location:Exterior Front,to the east side of the driveway <br /> Item:The land and/or landscaping was not graded and/or landscaped properly <br /> Results: Landscaping mulch has been washed away <br /> #3. Location:Exterior Front,deck <br /> Item:Paint on handrails and spindles is flaldng off . <br /> Results:Wood is exposed and therefore more likely to rot <br /> #4. Location:Exterior Front,deck <br /> Item:Floorboazds have never been sealed or painted <br /> Results:Wood is exposed and therefore more likely to rot <br /> #5. Location:Basement � <br /> Item:Ceiling Vent Dysfunctional <br /> Result:Heat does not flow to the basement <br /> #6 Location:Basement <br /> Item:Sump has never filled with water � <br /> Result:With all*,he basement flooding we have had,it is likely that the sump is stopped up or not <br /> functioning properly,and therefore is not relieving the water pressure surrounding the foundation as it <br /> should (this is per Bill Gleason,May 23,2001) <br /> #7.
