Charles Krogness was present, regarding his <br /> preliminary subdivision application for 185 <br /> Brown Road South. <br /> Hurr moved , Van Nest seconded , approval of 2 lot <br /> plat and approval of variances to required 200 ' of <br /> width at building site and 200 ' of width required <br /> at public road .
