Council <br /> felt the sky blue color was <br /> certainly a good color. Council <br /> also requested the water department <br /> to investigate the noise the water <br /> plant was creating. <br /> DRAINAGE PROBLEM <br /> 1400 PARR DRIVE <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Paul Anderson were <br /> present to discuss with the Council <br /> the drainage problem they have in <br /> their back yard . They stated they <br /> have owned the property for six <br /> years but the water problem has <br /> only been in the last three years. <br /> John Gerhardson, Public Works Coor- <br /> dinator stated that the Anderson' s <br /> problem was related to the tile <br /> line that drains the back yard , it <br /> is many years old and the tile <br /> apparently is broken. It is also <br /> an inadequate system. <br /> Councfl stated that the City cannot <br /> get involved in a drainage problem <br /> that involves a private tile line. <br /> The Council directed the City <br /> Engineer to review the problem and <br /> to report back to the council at <br /> the next regular council meeting on <br /> June 14 , 1982. <br /> MINNEHAHA CREER <br /> WATERSBED DISTRICT <br /> Mayor Van Nest stated that the MCWD <br /> did meet on May 6, 1982. The <br /> minutes from that meeting was in <br /> the agenda packet for reviewal . <br /> LETTER TO GOVERNOR QUIE <br /> REQUESTING TO BE APPOINT�D <br /> TO THE TASR FORCE <br /> Mayor Van Nest reviewed his letter <br /> to Governor Quie requesting that he <br /> be appointed to the Task Force <br /> regarding recreational plan for <br /> Lake Minnetonka. He stated he has <br /> not received any more information <br /> at this time but would report to <br /> the council when he does. <br />
