R�G�?LAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, MAY 24 , 1982 PAGE -2- <br /> LARE MINNETONRA CONSERVATION <br /> DISTRICT - REPORT <br /> Jo Ellen Hurr , Orono ' s represent- <br /> ative to the LMCD reported that the <br /> annual boat trip around Lake <br /> Minnetonka will be held August 7, <br /> 1982 from 11 : 30 A.M. to 2: 30 P.M. . <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> COMMENTS <br /> No comments from the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> No comments from the public. <br /> #671 SCHLEE BUILDERS <br /> SUBDIVISION RESOLUTION <br /> City Planner Olson was to review <br /> with the Council the traffic study <br /> for the Schlee Development but Mr. <br /> Russ F`ierst representing Schlee <br /> Builders stated that they were <br /> withdrawing their application. <br /> Their intention is to revert to the <br /> duplex plan that had been approved <br /> previously. <br /> The council acknowledged the with- <br /> drawal and there was no action to <br /> be taken. <br /> #679 WILLIAM SMILEY <br /> 2720 P9EASANT ROAD <br /> VARIANCE <br /> City Planner Olson reported to the <br /> council that Mr. William Smiley had <br /> called and requested that his <br /> variance application be tabled . <br /> Van Nest moved , Adams seconded to <br /> table application #679-William <br /> Smiley until such a date he would <br /> be able to come back to the <br /> council .
