Since that time, the City has sent numerous letters in <br /> attempts to required the owner to keep the grass mowed, remove unlicensed inoperable vehicles, <br /> and to eliminate the exterior storage of building materials and a variery of other items in the yard. <br /> The last letter was sent on Apri123, 1996 and required the properry to be cleaned up by May 13, <br /> 1996. The property's renter, Donald Shaw, called and asked for two different extensions past that <br /> date. The extensions have expired and there has been no improvement. <br /> The City's objectives are to: <br /> 1. Require the owner to clean up the properry. <br /> 2. Remove the exterior storage and unlicensed inoperable vehicles. <br /> 3. Maintain the property in a neat, clean and presentable manner. <br /> 4. Assess a fine. <br />
