Since the first notice was sent, the property condition has <br /> not improved and, in fact, it seems to have gotten worse. There is now an unlicensed, inoperable <br /> vehicle in the driveway also. The City's next step in this matter is to issue a citation and, <br /> unfortunately, the property owner is the one that gets cited and is required to appear in court. <br /> Action will be withheld until October 2, 1995 to give your renter one last opporiunity to clean up <br /> the property.
