H�mm <br /> stating that during the recent sanitary sewer construction in your <br /> area, the tile line that drains your pond must have been damaged or <br /> plugqed. <br /> Mr. John Gerhardson, Public Works Coordinator, has been tryinq to <br /> resolve the matter and has been workin_q with your caretaker , Mr. Al <br /> Gustafson to determine where the damage could have occurred. <br /> We are having a problem determining where the tile line outlets and � <br /> the route it takes as it leaves your pond. <br /> i <br /> Since the tile line is not identified by legal description , or its ; ` <br /> placement or location available on any city, village, or township <br /> records , it is not possible to determine if the drain is on public <br /> property, private property� or rail-road property. We do know that <br /> the tile line locatior. was not reviewed with the city engineer before <br /> construction commenced in this area. <br /> We have tried to obtain information from long time residents in the <br /> area but with no success.
