JUNK CARS, FURNI�'URE, HOUSEHOLD FURNISHINGS AND <br /> APFLIANCE STORED ONPUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY. <br /> It is unlawful o park or store any unlicensed, unregistered or inoperable motor vehicle lacking <br /> essential parts, ousehold furnishings or appliances,or parts or components thereof,on any property, <br /> public or priva e, unless housed within a lawfully erected building. Any violation of this Section <br /> is declared to e a nuisance and upon seven days written notice to the owner, as shown by the <br /> records in the ce of the County Auditor, of private premises on which such material is found,the <br /> City may rem ve the same and certify the cost of such removal as any other special assessment. <br /> For ihe purpos of this Section, an inoperable motor vehicle shall be defined as lacking, including <br /> but not limite to, parts essential to operation, such parts being wheels, tires, motor, drive train, <br /> battery,or hav' g two or more flat tires, or having the interior, including the driver's position, used <br /> for storage in ch a manner that no person can operate the vehicle. rJ,�N <br /> SECTION 9. 5. 1NAINTENANCE 4F PRIVATE PROPERTY. <br /> SUBD. 1. It is the duty of the owner of every vacant property and the owner and occupant of every <br /> occupied pro rty to maintain same in a neat,clean and presentable manner free of any junk, debris, <br /> refuse, litter, d ad trees, or noxious weeds, and to remove all other public health or safety hazards <br /> therefrom. <br /> I <br /> SUBD. 2.
