STATE OF MINNESOTA DISTRICT COURT <br /> COUNTY OF HENNEPIN FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT <br /> CASE TYPE: Other Civil <br /> IN RE: Court File No. 27-CV-11-19634 <br /> The Matter of a Hazardous Building <br /> Located at 3572 Livingston Avenue, City ORDER <br /> of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> On December 5, 2011, the above-entitled matter came on for hearing before the <br /> undersigned, the Honorable Mark Labine, Referee of Housing Court, on the City of Orono's <br /> motion for summary enforcement of a Demolition Order for Removal of Hazardous Building <br /> pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 463.19. The City was represented by Soren M. Mattick. Mark Cuff <br /> and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. did not appear. <br /> Based upon the file, records, and proceedings herein, <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: <br /> 1. That the City of Orono's motion for summary enforcement of its Demolition <br /> Order for Removal of Hazardous Building is hereby GRANTED. <br /> 2. That the City of Orono shall enter the property to raze the single family detached <br /> dwelling, remove the foundation, fill the basement, and remove all personal property, demolition <br /> debris, and discarded construction materials from the property. <br /> 3. That the cost of the repairs, razing, correction, or removal, and attorney's fees <br /> inay be specially assessed against the real property pursuant to Minn.
