Due notice <br /> was giving to the property owner and the bank and no action was taken to remove or repair the <br /> structure.On August 12,2011 the city council issued an Order for Abatement of hazardous building and <br /> property.On December 12, 2011 Hennepin District Court issued an order to require removal of the <br /> home. <br /> The city awarded the bid to Mikie's landscaping and the work was completed. Please pay Mikie's <br /> Landscaping$8 830.00.Thank you. <br />
