EXHIBIT A <br /> to <br /> CITY/CONTRCTOR WORK AGREEMENT <br /> 1. Demolition of house at 3572 Livingston Avenue, including deck and all contents in <br /> house. (Perimeter chain-link fence and existing detached garage will remain at the site.) <br /> 2. Clean up all junk and debris around the yard and haul to licensed landfill. <br /> 3. Back-fill basement with clean fill. <br /> 4. Provide black dirt and seed or sod. <br /> 5. Maintain drainage ditch. <br /> 6. Cap sewer line at the street; disconnect gas, electric, sewer at stubb at street, water <br /> outside of foundation. Contact Gopher State one call. <br /> 7. Obtain demolition permit; Orono permits for sewer and water disconnection; MCWP <br /> erosion control permit-install and maintain per MCWP. <br /> 8. Any unseen items that may be found�water, well, cistern, septic tanks, etc., will be <br /> charged as a Change Order. <br /> 9.
