Elsie Weiss asked i£ there was anything <br /> that could be done to clean up the eyesore <br /> at 2256 Shadywood Road. <br /> Mayor VanNest directed Tom Jacobs to check <br /> for safety and welfare and it should be on <br /> the agenda for the next meeting. <br /> Paurus moved Hurr seconded to adopt resolution JAD4ES F. ALLENBURG <br /> #1282 A Resolution Approving A Metes and Bounds <br /> Subdivision and Lot Line Rearrangement for Gordon <br /> Wolsfeld. Motion: Ayes (4 ) Nays (0) <br /> Zoning Administrator Jean Mabusth reviewed #607 VARIANCE <br /> with the City Council the Variance for Mr. ROBERT G. BREDSEN <br /> Robert G. Bredsen 1410 Rest Point Road. 1410 REST POINT RD. <br /> Mayor VanNest moved Paurus seconded to have <br /> a resolution be drafted subject to the approval <br /> of the Planning Commission that the house be <br /> adjusted in such a way that it puts the patio <br /> area in 40 ' setback and that it at least have <br /> a 2 car garage and that the minimum garaqe <br /> extension into the 40 ' setback. <br /> Motion : Ayes (4) Nays (0) <br /> Zoning Administrator Jean Mabusth reviewed #610 VARIANCE � <br /> with the City Council the Variance for Mr. JACK DAVIS <br /> Jack Davis , 1345 Vine Place. 1345 VINE PLACE <br /> Mayor VanNest moved Paurus seconded to approve <br /> the variance for 20 ' road setback on the condition <br /> that the garage door face away from the street. <br /> Motion : Ayes (4) Nays (0) <br /> Zoning Administrator Jean Mabusth reviewed #611 VARIANCE <br /> with City Council the variance of Mr. Donald DONALD H. WEISS <br /> H.
