- REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL MAY 27 , 1981 Page -4- <br /> Crystal Bay Service. The Mehner ' s were present. CkYSTAL BAY SERVICE <br /> 1981 DOC LICENSE <br /> They are reconstructing the dock so it will be APPROVING CONDITIONAI <br /> totally in conformance of all the required set USE PERMIT. <br /> backs for a commercial use bordering a residen- <br /> tial zone. <br /> Tom Frahm from Planning Commission made a <br /> statement of the fact they discussed at the <br /> Planning Commission meeting that this place <br /> and North Star Marina are private properties <br /> zoned private, not commercial , in one case <br /> we were going to turn one fellow down and in <br /> another case we are giving a dock license , and <br /> he felt we better have some good reason for <br /> this . If we are going to allow one commercial <br /> dock in a residential zone how can we not allow <br /> another one . <br /> Hurr moved and Hannah seconded to adopt the <br /> resolution for the 1981 dock license for <br /> Crystal Bay Service. Motion, Ayes (3) Nays (0) <br /> Butler had a few problems she discussed as far CRYSTAL BAY SERVICE <br /> as item 9 page 2 of the resolution. That it 12 B <br /> should say the service station should be <br /> limited as to how many cars should be parked <br /> outside at the station. Mr. Mehner stated <br /> it would be limited and would not appear as <br /> a junk yard. <br /> JoEllen Hurr wants a survey of the site plan <br /> scale. Or at least a drawing that shows the <br /> parkinq. <br /> Hurr moved Hannah seconded to adopt the <br /> resolution for a conditional use permit <br /> for a service station for Crystal Bay <br /> Service. Motion , Ayes ( 3) Nays (0) <br /> Tom Jacobs was introduced at this time to IVY PLACE MATTER <br /> discuss the Ivy Place Matter . <br /> Tom stated what has been done is clearing <br /> of land, cleaning the brush out. The staff <br /> will be meeting with Mr. Wilson, Thursday <br /> May 28 , 1981 . <br /> Neighbors attending the meeting were as follows : <br /> 1 . Quention Johnson 3509 Ivy Place <br /> 2 .
