Fan:(952)471-0682 During rautine inspections by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWDj Staff, we found a number of violations of the provisions of the MCWD Rule B fo� erosion controi. You are reminded that construction without a permit is a violation of MCWD Rules and is a misdemeanor punishable under State Law. These violations require prompt and immediat�att�ntian. Our records show thart a) a permit application was receive on July RobertSchroeder 10, 2Q01�, b) MCWD staff have contacted you on several occasions requ�sting an erosion control plan for th� project, and we still have not received the r�quested information. Under MCWD Rules,we are autho�ized to'charge the developer fees in accordance to the District's fee schedule. The fees indude inspections � and administrative time taken in bringing a developer into complianc�with MCWD Rules. Therefore, the following balance is due to the District: • 2/13/02 Insp�ction � $33/hour • 2/14/02 Administration �$33/hou� � 7otal Balance Due: $66.00 . Due no later than: Ma�ch 14, 2002.
