Charles Carl <br /> Mr. Charles Carl was present to review with the <br /> City Council his variance request to construct an <br /> addition to his existing home . <br /> Councilmember Hurr: We should address the street and <br /> public access uses. <br /> Mr. Carl : We have no objection to the public uses of <br /> the lake access located adjacent to my property. <br /> Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to approve the variance <br /> request of Charles Carl, 3685 North Shore Drive, per staff <br /> and Planning Commission recommendations noting that Mr. Carl <br /> has no ojbection to the public use of the lake access <br /> adjacent to his property.
