The City will continue this hearing at a later date when all information is availabl�. Mayor Van Nest moved, Hurr seconded, to remove CONSENT AGENDA* items 5, 6 , 14 , 15 and 31 from the Consent Agenda* . Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Mayor Van Nest moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda*, subject to removing items 5 , 6 , 14 , 15 , and 31, with all staff reports concerning items reviewed at this meeting to be attached to the original copy of these minutes on file in the City Clerk ' s office .
