L. S . No. 131 , Tracts 11, B, and C and R. L. S. No . 14G8 , <br /> Tract B) are all the result of subdivision approved by the <br /> City of Orono. None of these four lots meets the minimum area <br /> prescribed for property in a LR-1B district , and two of the <br /> G1� four have less than the prescribed la}:esliore frontage according <br /> to City calculations (although the bay/pond in front of the <br /> Hannah homestead has been officially described by the City as <br /> " lakeshore" ) . Three of tliese four lots are served solely by <br /> private driveway easement access to the cul-de-sac at tize end <br /> of West Lafayette Road. � <br /> 6) rir . and rirs .
