I can assure you that the Orono City Council <br /> will consider your recommendations for amendments to the Orono Community <br /> Management Plan. <br /> There are several comments contained in your letter that were made <br /> by members of the Metropolitan Council and Metropolitan Waste Control <br /> Commission which are contradictions to the facts as we understand them. <br /> In order for us to consider this information completely we would like <br /> to know specifically the individuals at the Metropolitan Council and <br /> Metroplitan Waste Control Commission that made these statements to you <br /> so that we can determine the validity of this information. <br /> If you could provide these names for us at your earliest conveneience <br /> we would appreciate it as our plan is presently under active review by <br /> the Metroplitan Council . <br /> We appreciate and understand your concerns and hope that we can work <br /> together to satisfy the needs of our community. <br /> Yours truly, <br /> CITY OF ORONO <br /> Brad Van Nest <br /> Mayor <br /> . cc: Metropolitan Council <br /> Metropolitan Waste Control Commission <br />
