Letter - Page 27 Mayor Van Nest moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the REPLY TO DOLORES letter of Dick Benson in reply to Dolores Engelstad ENGLESTAD* concerning the Orono Community Management Plan, dated April 21, 1981. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0 ) Letter - Pages 28-30 Mayor Van Nest moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the SPRING CLEANUP DAYS* dates of May 2 & May 9 , 1981 for the annual Spring May 2 & May 9 , 1981 Cleanup days. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0 ) . The item concerning a new car purchase for the CAR PURCHASE Public Works Department was tabled until more information is available . Bruce Malkerson, City Attorney, reviewed with the PARKING LOT - DNR City Council his memo concerning the sale of property along the Luce Line Trail to the Department of Natural Resources. Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to deny extra SKI TONKA payment to Ski Tonka for the ring route eaesment. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . Mayor Van Nest moved, Hurr seconded, that the LICENSES* following licenses, be approved: Kennel License Robert S.
