f 'a <br /> ���� <br /> /:�,/� \\ <br /> O,�. <br /> O O �, <br /> �6. - ,'�, CITY of ORONO <br /> .� ��; <br /> �,� G'��� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �t9 4�� rvo.. 468 � <br /> �kEs� <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCES <br /> TO MITivICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.2�, SUBDIVISION 6 (B) <br /> FILE NO. #01-2701 <br /> WHEREAS, Mark Schulte and Cecilia Schulte, (hereinafter "the applicants") are <br /> o�vners of the property located at 3477 Livingston Avenue within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> "the City") and is legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 11, Block 5, Navarre Heights, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on August 16, 2001, at which times all persons desiring to <br /> be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants applied to the City of Orono for variances to <br /> Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.03, Subdivision 15 (F) to permit a 5' side setback for an <br /> accessory building where a 10' setback is required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> l. This application was revie�ved as Zoning File #O1-2701. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1C ('/2 acre) One Family Lakeshore Residential <br /> Zoning District. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on August 20, 2001 <br /> and recommended approval on a vote of 7 to 0 for variances based upon the <br /> following findings and hardships: <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br />
