'� � <br /> �kES� N O. - <br /> � <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE <br /> TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISION 2, SECTION 10.56, <br /> SUBDIVISION 16 (L) (2) AND <br /> SECTION 10.25, SUBDIVISION 6 (B) <br /> FILE NO. 2583 <br /> WHEREAS, Roxann Beisch, (hereinafter"the applicant") is owner of the property <br /> located at 3436 Livingston Avenue within the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City") and legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> The South 90 feet of Lot 20,Block 2,Navarre Heights,Hennepin County,Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on May 15,2000,at which times all persons desiring to be heard <br /> concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for a variance to Municipal <br /> Zonin�Code Section 10.22,Subdivision 2 and Section 10.56,Subdivision 16(L)(2)to permit 1,968 <br /> s.f. (43.4%)hardcover in the 500-1000'lakeshore setback where 1,816 s.£ (40.3%)exists and 1,575 <br /> s.£ (3�%) is allowed, and Section 10.25, Subdivision 6 (B) to permit a 5' side setback for a garage <br /> ���here 10' is required to replace a detached gara;e. <br /> NO`V, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> �linnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1.
