Mayor Van Nest and Councilman <br /> Hannah Nay. <br /> City Engineer Cook reviewed an Agreement for Restora- RESTORATION AGREEMENT <br /> tion with the City Council, which states: 1185 West Ferndale <br /> Henry Kingman <br /> "In the event the City of Orono, its employees, agents, <br /> or contractors enters upon the property located at <br /> 1185 West Ferndale Road, Wayzata, Minnesota in order <br /> to construct a sanitary sewer thereon, it is agreed <br /> by the City of Orono and the undersigned owner of the <br /> above-described property, as follows : <br /> 1. Upon completion of the construction of the <br /> sanitary sewer project and in any event no later <br /> than August 15, 1981, the City shall substantially <br /> restore subsurface roadbed presently located on <br /> property owners ' premises and restore to original <br /> condition the blacktop on property owners ' easement <br /> across the adjoining property presently owned by <br /> Gordon and Joyce Ritz .
