Motion, <br /> Ayes (5) - Nays (0 ) . <br /> Mr . H. R. Johnston was present to discuss his SALE OF CITY LAND <br /> development. H. R. Johnston <br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, corrli-nented that it <br /> appears that the land in question is unbuildable <br /> and unassessable , therefore , the recommended value <br /> is $4 , 000 . <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved to negotiate with Mr. Johnston <br /> a selling price of $4 , 000 for the lot in question. <br /> Motion failed for lack of a second.
