PUBLIC CONLMENTS <br /> Councilman Gregg Hannah vacated his seat at the VARIANCE <br /> Council table to discuss the variance and resolution 1410 Bohns Point Road <br /> regarding the Jack Rhode property at 1410 Bohns Point <br /> Road. , <br /> Mr . Hannah stated that he has no objections to Mr . Rhode <br /> building his house on this property but that he would <br /> like to state his position concerning the easement to <br /> the lake. He commented that when Fred Rogers, then the <br /> owner of the property, sold a lot to Jason Becker , Mr . Rogers <br /> moved the easement to another lot to accommodate Mr . Becker . <br /> Mr . Hannah stated that he was uncomfortable about the <br /> easement and checked with the City of Orono and the Lake <br /> Minnetonka Conservation District and both informed him <br /> that there was no problem with the easement. <br /> (Continued) <br />
