Motion, <br /> Ayes (5) - Nays (0 ) . <br /> The following letter was received from Bernard FORCEMAIN CONNECTIONS <br /> Harrington, Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, <br /> dated September 2 , 1980 , which states: y <br /> "This letter is in response to a letter from <br /> Bonestroo, Rosene , Anderlik and Associates, Inc . <br /> of August 25 , 1980 recjarding Sanitary Sew2r Improve- <br /> ments in the City of Orono. <br /> We have reconsidered the comments regarding each <br /> of the connections to our forcemain and still <br /> support our original position as to where connections <br /> should be made . <br /> This position is maintained based on the concept of <br /> permitting only a limited number of connections to the <br /> forcemain (stubs provided at Stations LL2+00 , <br /> OR 37+25 and OR 72+50 ) because of the wide range <br /> of discharge pressures in the forcemain and that <br /> flow measurement in some form is necessary at <br /> each connection.
