PUBLIC HEARING, SEPTEMBER 8 , 1980 Page 7 <br /> Mayor Van Nest: This does not apply here. <br /> Councilman Paurus: We have to make a decision tonight. <br /> I am concerned with the project also. I recommend we <br /> adopt the assessment roll this evening. The final <br /> judgment will be up to you. <br /> Mayor Van Nest: We are here tonight to consider the <br /> assessment roll. If there are no further questions, we , <br /> will close the public hearing and vote on the assessment <br /> roll. <br /> Mr. Weed: We agree with you, you have to consider the <br /> assessment roll tonight. We apprecicate being allowed <br /> to have input on this project. <br /> Herb Meyer , 1380 Fox Street: I wish to say that I have <br /> found in my business that some inspectors are good, <br /> some are bad. Mike Gaffron has done a good job for us. <br /> Mrs. Lindberg, 865 West Ferndale Road: Could our homes <br /> that are east of the Ferndale bridge next to the Wayzata <br /> sewer line, still connect to Wayzata if the project does <br /> not materialize? <br /> Mayor Van Nest: Yes, you could. <br /> After all persons present had an opportunity to be heard, <br /> Mayor Van Nest closed the public hearing at 9 : 29 P.M. <br /> Mayor Van Nest polled the public in attendance to determi�ne <br /> which method of bond payment schedule would be preferred, <br /> declining interest or amoritized payments. Declining <br /> interest was determined as being the most favorable . <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Paurus seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #1198 <br /> #1198 , A Resolution Adopting the Assessment Roll for Sewer Assessments <br /> Project LS-1980-1 & LS-1980-2 . � Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Paurus seconded, to approve September 30 , <br /> 1980 at 7: 30 P.M. for the next public information meeting to <br /> review final project costs and questionnaire results. <br /> Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> Paurus moved, Hurr seconded, that the meeting be adjourned <br /> at 10 :05 P.M.
