Donald Nelson <br /> Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the record VARIANCE <br /> the request for a variance of Martin Rafferty, 475 Linden Avenue <br /> 475 Linden Avenue, dated July 29, 1980 , which states: #575 <br /> Martin Rafferty <br /> Applicant requests a lot area variance to construct <br /> a new house on property consisting of four platted <br /> lots. The property is surrounded on three sides by <br /> public right-of-way and on the north side by an <br /> occupied lot. Issuance of a lot area variance is <br /> consistent with approvals given for six other houses <br /> in the neighborhood. No actual plan is proposed, <br /> but ample area exists to develop a home plus an <br /> accessory building without any setback or hardcover <br /> variances. ^ <br /> Staff recommends approval of a lot area variance <br /> subject to no other variances considered, and legal <br /> combination of all four lots into one tax parcel. <br /> Council Meeting - August 11, 1980 <br /> Mr .
