To keep a single story boathouse only: <br /> a) find that value exceeded $3 ,000 as of <br /> January 1, 1975, and notify assessor of change <br /> b) approve conditional use permit for a non- <br /> conforming use as of January l, 1975, Section 32 .480 <br /> 2. To keep any second story shell, wi�hout dwelling <br /> capability: <br /> a) find that it existed before January l , 1975 <br /> b) find that it existed before Ordinance No. 155, <br /> February 14 , 1974 (75 ' setback) <br /> c) find that it was never an unpermitted expansion <br /> of a non-conforming use <br /> d) authorize building permit approval after the <br /> fact, subject to full code compliance and payment <br /> of all fees and penalties <br /> 3 . To allow guest house use , all findings above plus: <br /> a) find it was so used before January 1, 1975 <br /> b) approve guest house conditional use permit, <br /> Section 34 .027 and variances to lot area, side <br /> setback and lake setback <br /> . � c) require installation of sanitary facilities <br /> d) require payment of additional SAC, sewer <br /> unit and water unit charges <br /> Council Meeting - July 28 , 1980 <br /> Mr . Cloutier was present and was given the opportunity <br /> to read unsolicited letters received from Mr. Wilbur <br /> Andersen and Mr. Mike Scheller. It was noted that <br /> attempts had been made to contact Mr. Cloutier during <br /> the week to make him aware of their letters. <br /> Mr. Cloutier commented that Mr. Scheller ' s letter is <br /> not accurate and all of the structure has been there <br /> since 1971. <br /> Mr. Scheller had made several inspections noting all <br /> of the work being done . <br /> (Continued) <br />
