The streets in this area will <br /> not accommodate future commercial uses and the proposed <br /> structure will have an adverse effect on property <br /> values. This is not compatible with the existing <br /> neighborhood. <br /> Mr. Mortenson: We will abide with restrictions the <br /> City might impose. <br /> Mayor Van Nest maved, Butler seconded, to give <br /> conceptual appro�al of a resolution denying conditional "- <br /> use permit as am�nded outlining the City' s concerns - <br /> with generation of commercial traffic in a residential <br /> area, inadequate streets and parking, diminution of <br /> property values affected by commercial uses in a <br /> residential area, general public safety concerns. <br /> Resolution to be submitted for Council approval at their <br /> July 28 , 1980 Council meeting.
