"'1'he use of the Fairview Hospital Cottage for hospital related functions has, in the past, been well regulated by hospital personnel , although parking has recently generated several complaints to our Police Department. "The use of the cottage Friday, May 23 , 1980 , which has generated complaints from you, has been reviewed by City staff and a copy of our letter to Dr. Carl Platou, President of Fairview Hospital, is enclosed for your information. ��As noted, we have requested Dr. Platou to contact you to discuss the events of May 23 , 1980 and attempt to resolve the complaints.
