[ae need action and agreement <br /> on or before June 30 to �rake this work. I again stress to you and to <br /> the other city officials th at the Seiferts are willing to approve this <br /> proposal in an effort to find. a reasonable solution, but if it cannot <br /> be done, they will have to look elsewhere for their main housing, an d <br /> - 'everyone involved with this request will be a loser. It will be very <br /> much appreciated if you can discuss this with I�4r. Benson and/or other <br /> City officials to see if a written stipulation can be entered into or <br /> at least prepared prior to the June 3D meetina so that if the Council <br /> approves Mr. Olson' s recomrr.endations , the Seiferts will be ready to move <br /> imm.ediately on their building. It is imperative that they try to do <br /> this as quickly as possible to try to utilize the summer constructi on <br /> season.
