<br /> the record a memo prepared by Tom Kuehn, Finance
<br /> Director, dated May 30 , 1980 , which states:
<br /> The C.P.A. firm of Hansen and Babcock has finished
<br /> the audit of the books and records of the City of
<br /> Orono for the year ended December 31 , 1979 . The
<br /> results are presented in the attached Audit Report. �
<br /> I have reviewed the report with the auditor and
<br /> recommend the audit bill be approved as presented
