Motion, <br /> Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Councilmember Paurus, Orono ' s representative to the GAYLES MARINA <br /> Lake Minnetonka Conservation District, commented that <br /> the LMCD Board will meet May 28 , 1980 and stated that <br /> Gayles Marina was requesting nine additional service <br /> slips. <br /> Hurr moved, Mayor Van Nest seconded, to request the � <br /> Lake Minnetonka Conservation District not to approve <br /> nine additional service slips for Gayles Marina. <br /> Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to approve the Minutes MINUTES <br /> of the Regular Meeting of April 14 , 1980 , as amended. <br /> Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> No comments from the Park Commission. PARK COMMISSION <br /> Mr. Steve Wilson, Planning Commission Chairman, PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> was present to hear agenda item #7 , Building <br /> permit for C. Arnold Carlson, 855 Forest Arms Lane. <br /> No comments from the public present. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Paurus left the Council meeting <br /> at 8 : 05 P.M. <br /> Alan Olson, City Planner, prepared a memo for the COMPREHENSIVE PLAN* <br /> City Council dated May 8 , 1980 , which reads: <br /> The Comprehensive Plan has been reedited and is <br /> mostly typed in final form. Copies are being <br /> printed and will be available at or before the <br /> Monday night Council meeting. Copies are xerox <br /> drafts with small maps for this round. Final copies <br /> will be indexed with fold-out maps on 11 X 14 paper. <br /> The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at <br /> 7 : 30 P.M. , Monday, May 19 , 1980 . After the hearing, <br /> they should act on a resolution to approve the Plan <br /> and send it on for final Council approval . <br /> At the regular Council Meeting of June 2 , 1980 , the <br /> Council should act by motion to approve the Plan <br /> for distribution to the Metropolitan Council and <br /> other Cities.
