RrGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COliNCIL, APRIL 28 , 1980 Page 21 There is interest on the part of Minnetonka Beach CABLE TV MEETING and Tonka Bay� to continue our discussion relative to (Continued) ' gathering facts on Cable TV service . It was decided to request the individual Councils to apooint a representative to serve on a committee to gatner further information and consider a cable service ` `i area . . Another meeting is set for May 15 , 1980 at 7 : 30 P .M. at the Orono Council Chambers . Council Meeting - April 28 , 1980 Mayor Van Nest moved, Hurr seconded, to appoint Councilmember Butler and City Administrator Benson on a committee to establish a Cable TV service area territory, subject to review by the legal department. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . Abstain (1) . Council- ' member Paurus abstained. Dick Benson, City Administrator, entered into the INFILTRATION/INFLOW record the following Infiltration/Inflow items dated April 25 , 1980 , which states : • In your last agenda packet was an entire review to the I & I Study. We now have an Engineer ' s Agreement, a Metropolitan Waste Control Commission Agreement, and a resolution to participate, which have all been reviewed by the legal department and are ready for Council approval. The City does have funds budgeted for their share and we are ready to start our study. Council Meeting - April 28 , 1980 � Hurr moved, Butler seconded, to approve the Owner- ENGINEER AGREEMENT Engineer Agreement Form For Wastewater Treatment Works I/I Infiltration - Inflow (I/I) Analysis , Orono, Minnesota. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Hurr moved, Butler seconded, to approve the Agreement METROPOLITAN WASTE between the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission and CONTROL AGREEMENT the City of Orono. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Hurr moved, Butler seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLTUION #1140 #1140 , A Resolution To Conduct Infiltration/Inflow I & I Analysis. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0 ) .
