West Ferndale - of 17 properties which definitely SEWER QUESTIONNAIRE would be assigned a sewer unit, 15 have returned (Continued) questionnaires . Of these 15 , 12 are in favor of sewer and 3 against. Of the 12 in favor , 7 want Alternate II (pressure) , 3 want Alternate I (gravity) , and 2 will go either way . In addition to the 17 definite units , 3 properties have extensive wetlands which likely would cause the t . lots to be unbuildable unless variances were granted. Only one of the 3 owners has responded and was not in favor of sewer. I reconunend that we proceed by ordering the improvements and call for preparation of plans . The responses seem to indicate that the lower � first-cost pressure system is more desirable to the residents , and that they are generally in favor of going ahead with the project at this time. Council Meeting - April 28 , 1980 Hurr moved, Butler seconded, to approve a public information meeting for 7 : 00 P.M. , May 12 , 1980 - for all property owners in the Minnetonka Bluffs, ' Orono Lane, West Ferndale, and County Road 15 sewer area to be notified that a decision will be forthcoming at that meeting.
