The amendment approved includes: <br /> 1. Revision of the description of the uphill boundary of the Protected Area per the"Line <br /> B" Alternate as presented to Council and as depicted in the attached sketch. <br /> 2. Revision of the language of Section 10 by adding Subsection(I)to read as follows: <br /> "(I). With respect to those portions of the Land contained within Lot 5 only, <br /> no manicured lawn shall be allowed except�vithin the northeasterly 10'of the <br /> 'Protected Area'." <br /> The Builder Proposed version of"top of bluff' and "30' bluff setback line" have been accepted for ' <br /> defining the required bluff setback line in the small area that is outside the Easement but still subject <br /> to the 30'bluff�setback. This setback azea is depicted as the'hashed' area on the attached drawing, <br /> and is approximately 10' deep and 30' in length. - <br /> Per the Shoreland Ordinance, zonin;code section 10.56, Subd. 16(C)2,no structures may be placed <br /> w-ithin 30' of the top of bluff. This means that no structures may be placed in the hashed area. � <br /> The hashed area falls outside the bluff impact zone as defined by code,hence the entire hashed area ' <br /> can be graded.
