The site was visited on <br /> November 2, 201 I. The property is fenced but the slopes next to the stairs down to the dock could be observed from the <br /> public property to the east. Buckthorn wu removed from the slopes. Most of the slopes had tree cover with a herbaceous layer. <br /> A small portion adjacent to the stairs had spruce and conifer plantings with wood mulch.
