(Continued) <br /> Agenda item concerning Hennepin County #15 turn TURN LANES #15 - Orono <br /> lanes between Orono Or.chard P.oad and 6Joodhill Orchard Road & Woodhill <br /> Road will be reviewed at the March 24 , 1980 <br /> Council meeting. <br /> Glenn Cook, City Engineer, commented that Hennepin RESURFACING #15 <br /> County does not have plans to resurface Hennepin <br /> County #15 from Hennepin County #51 to the Arcola <br /> bridge. <br /> Agenda item concerning the legal definition of MUSA LINE <br /> the MUSA line will be reviewed at the March 24 , <br /> 1980 Council meeting. <br /> Agenda item concerning the utility rate study UTILITY RATE STUDY <br /> will be reviewed at the March 24 , 1980 Council <br /> meeting. <br /> Glenn Cook, City Engineer, presented the City TR.AFFIC SIGNALS <br /> Council with his letter concerning traffic #12 & Old Crystal Bay F <br /> signals at #12 & Old Crystal Bay Road, dated <br /> March 6 , 1980, which states : <br /> "The public hearing held on February 28, 1980 <br /> relative to the T.H. 12 and Old Crystal Bay Road <br /> traffic signals did not precipitate any new issues. <br /> The Design Study Report will now be submitted to <br /> the FWHA with anticipated approval by mid-April. <br /> The City cannot proceed with the right-of-way <br /> acquisition until after FWHA approval of the <br /> Design Study Report. <br /> The appraiser has estimated the right-of-way <br /> acquisition costs at $7 , 400 which the City has <br /> proposed to split with the school. The estimated <br /> construction cost of the project is $250 , 000 with <br /> the City share undetermined at this time. The <br /> City will pay for 5 percent of all construction on <br /> T. H. 12 plus 100 percent of all construction on <br /> Old Crystal Bay Road. " <br />
