DISBURSEMENT FROM ESCRQW ACCOUNT. in the event that the Owt�ers do not make payment <br /> to the Gty within tlie timeframe outltned in#3 above, shell issue a Sbop Work Order until the Owners pay ali e�cpenses <br /> invoioed pursaarrt fio �Ki. The Gty mey draw from the esaflw account wltFwut furthe� approval of tlie Owners fio <br /> reimburse the City for eligible expenses the City has incurted. <br /> 6. CLOSING E8CR�V1l. The Balence cn deposit in the escxaw, ff ar�y.shall be retumed to the Owners <br /> when the revlew has been campleted and wrltten notiflcatlon is re�from the Owners requ�6ng 1he fur�ds, <br /> 6. CERTIFY !lNPAID CHARGES.
