We have made the following <br /> comments. Please provide an updated as-built survey addressing the comments below: <br /> • Driveway Width. The driveway was proposed to be 20' in width at Linden Lane which meets City <br /> requirements. The as-built shows the driveway width to be 23'at Linden Lane. The driveway width must be <br /> adjusted to the maximum allowed 20'width. <br /> • Tiered Retaining Walls. The walls at the Southeast and North corner of the house appear to require an <br /> engineered design. Tiered walls are considered one wall unless they are separated by twice the height of the <br /> higher wall. Walls 4'or taller required engineered plans. Please submit engineered plans for the tiered walls for <br /> our engineer to review. <br /> 1 <br />
