M�tion, KK & Kompany - Leo Dueh� <br /> Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> Mr. Timothy Petersen, 280 Orono Orchard Road, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> was present concerning his conditional use permit. 280 Orono Orchard Road <br /> He informed the City Council that he wants it to #500 <br /> be on the record that his tower will be coming Timothy Petersen <br /> down on Friday of this week and that he will be <br /> moving out of Orono June l, 1980. <br /> Mr. Petersen stated that he had asked for a <br /> representative from the contracting company that <br /> had put up the tower to be available this evening, <br /> but that it was impossible due to the fact that <br /> he is in Atlanta, Georgia on vacation. He stated <br /> that the contractor would write a letter to <br /> Mr.Olson requesting whatever is necessary on <br /> formalities with a target date for this Friday <br /> for removal of the tower. <br /> Mr. Petersen also stated that interference is not <br /> an issue but apparently was at the last meeting. <br /> He had contacted an engineer for the FCC who has <br /> been out there and made an inspection of the <br /> facilities and will do whatever is necessary to <br /> correct the problem. <br /> Mayor Van Nest: The FCC? <br /> Mr. Petersen: Yes. We want to cooperate and make <br /> sure it is done right and as soon as they can get <br /> a crew, it will disappear.
