Absent: Council- <br /> members Massengale and Paurus. Also present: <br /> Building & Zoning Administrator Mabusth, City <br /> Attorney Malkerson, City Engineer Cook, Planning <br /> Commission member Jabbour, and City Clerk Strom. <br /> Absent: City Administrator Benson. <br /> City Clerk Strom administered the Oath of Office OATH OF OFFICE <br /> to Mayor Van Nest who was reelected Mayor on Mayor Van Nest <br /> November 6 , 1979 . <br /> Chief of Police Mel Kilbo introduced Kurt R. OATH OF OFFICE <br /> Erickson,recently employed Police Officer, Kurt R. Erickson <br /> to the City Council. <br /> City Clerk Strom administered the Oath of Office <br /> to Kurt R. Erickson, Police Officer. <br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the � CONSENT AGENDA* <br /> Consent Agenda* with all staff data and supportive <br /> information to be included in the Minutes in the <br /> sequence they occur. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> Butler moved, Hurr seconded, to approve the MINUTES* <br /> Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 15 , <br /> 1980. Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> No comments from the Lake Minnetonka Conservation LMCD REPORT <br /> District Representative. <br /> Councilmember Hurr reported on the meeting she PARATRANSIT REPORT <br /> attended concerning paratransit for the Lake <br /> Minnetonka area stating that she would have more <br /> information after the next transportation meeting. <br /> Gabriel Jabbour was present representing the Plan- JOINT MEETING DATE <br /> ning Commission. The Planning Commission has February 4 , 1980 <br /> cancelled its regular meeting for February 4 , 1980 <br /> and reported that a joint Council and Planning <br /> Commission meeting would be held February 4 , 1980 <br /> at 7 : 30 P.M, regarding proposed zoning amendments. <br />
