Replacing tie walls <br /> that have buckled, moving stairs from one area to another and constructing a deck may be <br /> reasonable but it requires approval. Staff cannot malce decisions on what has to be <br /> removed and what can remain. These decisions are made by the City Council through the <br /> variance process. Therefore, we again request you to file the variance application. <br /> Jeanne Mabusth can answer any questions you may have about the procedure.
