P4otion, Ayes (3) - <br /> P1ays (0) . <br /> Bruce Malkerson, City Attorney, reviewed the Stubbs STUBBS BAY MARINA <br /> Bay P4arina license status corunentinc� that P4r. P�cCleary, <br /> his attorney, Mr. Lou Oberhauser, and staff have <br /> met to review and prepare an agreement concerning <br /> elimination of corunercial uses of this area. Psr. <br /> PZalkerson recommended a public hearing be held on <br /> the first official Council meeting in Fehruary to <br /> consider a rezoning of the Stubbs Bay rsarina area. <br /> Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to approve a public <br /> hearing to consider rezoning of the Stubbs Bay <br /> PZarina area to be held February 11, 1980 at 7: 00 P.M. <br /> P4otion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLU^'ION #1104 <br /> #1104 , A Resolution Denying An Application For A Stubbs Bay Marina <br /> 1979 Commercial Dock License For Stubbs Bay r4arina. <br /> P4otion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br />
